As Executive Assistant of the Minnesota Logger Education Program, Chris DeRosier is responsible for the information management of MLEP, including handling, recording, and maintaining training attendance, membership status of Logger and Associate Members, database administration, and  website updates.  Chris also answers the telephone, assists applicants with the application process, prepares membership materials and the MN Forest Resource Management Directory, and assists in all logistical arrangements for training, meetings, etc.  Chris has been employed with MLEP since 2001.

Chris came to MLEP from Louisiana-Pacific Corp., where she was the Reporting Specialist for the LP Customer Support office formerly located in Duluth, MN from 1995-2001.  She was responsible for information management, and preparing reports of product claims for the various mills and product lines.  She also served as an Internal Auditor for the office's ISO certification.

Chris is a native of the southeast Minnesota town of Cannon Falls, and lives in the rural Proctor area with her husband, daughter, and two stepsons.
