The MN Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) has been contracted by the Local Road Research Board to assist with expanding the workforce for local Minnesota agencies. The project aims to assist local agencies that are currently struggling to hire and retain roadway maintenance staff.

The goal of the Focus Group is to have a conversation with individuals with CDLs to learn about perspectives of jobs behind the wheel. The focus group will have about 5 participants with a moderator asking questions to facilitate discussion.

Participation is voluntary and responses will be confidential. Participant names and identifiers will not be included in the final report. More information about the study can be found on the Local Road Research Board website
